Kujawa, students talk campus safety with NBC 26

NBC 26 last week ran a story on local campus safety after reports of shots fired near UW-Madison. Reporter Raquel Lamal spoke with students and UW-Green Bay Police Chief Tom Kujawa about safety measures and response. The University is prepared to handle such a situation, Kujawa said, with plans and protocol for getting the word out to students addressing any threat. Incidentally, Madison incident caused match cancellation
The Green Bay women’s soccer match last Wednesday at UW-Madison was cancelled and will not be rescheduled. The game at the McClimon Complex was delayed and eventually called off due to the shots-fired situation near campus.
