Professor talks about trust in public officials
After acknowledging that he sent a series of inappropriate text messages to a victim of domestic violence, Calumet County district attorney Ken Kratz is taking a medical leave of absence. This comes as pressure is mounting on him to step down. UW-Green Bay political science professor Sara Rinfret was among those who spoke to WBAY TV-2 about the issue of trust and elected officials.
