Faculty note: Jeffreys in NYT

Prof. Derek Jeffreys, Humanistic Studies, was among the scholars offering their thoughts this week in response to an op-ed piece by Robert Wright about the “war” between science and religion. Jeffreys, a specialist in religion and ethics, said Wright made an error by speaking “of a God who works remotely through evolutionary processes.
