Kersten e-book characterizes ‘attack’ on progressive tradition
Labor historian Andrew Kersten, a professor of Democracy and Justice Studies at UW-Green Bay, is the author of The Battle for Wisconsin: Scott Walker and the Attack on the Progressive Tradition. On his blog, Kersten calls it a “book-length account of what is going in in Wisconsin and what it means historically.” He draws comparisons to the robber baron days and the original Progressive Era reforms pioneered in Wisconsin. Kersten’s book is a 99-cent download for computers, tablets or e-readers, available at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com, iTunes and elsewhere. His personal blog site has more; click here.
