Moran publishes textbook
Joseph M. Moran, professor emeritus in Natural and Applied Sciences, is author of Climate Studies, Introduction to Climate Science recently published by the American Meteorological Society’s Education Program, Washington, DC. The textbook is a component of an introductory undergraduate climate science course offered partially via the Internet in partnership with college and university faculty nationwide. The course package provides students with a comprehensive study of the principles of climate science while simultaneously providing classroom and laboratory applications focused on this rapidly evolving interdisciplinary field of science.
