Mosquito season could be nasty, Draney tells Action 2 News
There was additional buzz late last week about what experts — including UW-Green Bay’s own Michael Draney — say could be a nasty summer in terms of that other state bird, the mosquito. Winter snows protected the summer pests from cold weather, and this spring’s abundance of rain isn’t helping the forecast, Draney, an associate professor of Natural and Applied Sciences, told Action 2 News.
