Draney on mosquitoes: Wet weather could mean summer season that bites

Those of us thinking summer should hurry up and get here may just want to think twice as a soggy spring is leading experts — including UW-Green Bay’s own Michael Draney — to predict a nasty mosquito season in the months to come. Draney, an associate professor of Natural and Applied Sciences, told Fox 11 News that factors including wet weather, reproductive success and winter survival rates could have us all reaching for the bug spray before long:
