Faculty note: Stokes is keynoter

Professor Emerita Sandra M. Stokes of Education gave the keynote address — “Academic Mobbing: How Ombudsmen Can Recognize and Stop Mobbing” — to some 300 ombudsmen from the United Nations, federal government agencies, health care facilities, universities and colleges, and private companies who were attending the International Ombudsman Association conference in New Orleans on April 9.
