Boswell wins residential fellowship for spring 2012 at UW-Madison
UW-Green Bay assistant professor Caroline Boswell of Humanistic Studies and history has received word she has been awarded a fellowship at the Institute for Research in the Humanities for spring semester 2012. Boswell will spend the semester in residence at the institute on the UW-Madison campus. Her primary project will be the topic of resistance during the interregnum period of parliamentary and military rule after the English Civil War. The grant will provide support for Boswell to research and work on her book, Locating Dissent: Power and Resistance in Interregnum England.
