The sixth edition of Prof. Emeritus Michael Kraft’s Environmental Policy and Politics text has been published by Pearson Higher Ed. Kraft, Public and Environmental Affairs, originally developed the text based on his UW-Green Bay Environmental Politics and Policy course, revising it during summer and fall semester 2013. The text covers global threats such as climate change, population growth and loss of biodiversity, as well as national, state and local problems of environmental pollution, energy use and natural resource use and conservation, according to the publisher’s website. It also considers policy-making decisions, the role of interest groups and public opinion in environmental politics and more.
