Faculty note: Prof. Russ

Prof. Meir Russ, Cofrin School of Business, is co-author of a chapter in a new book, Foundations of the Knowledge Economy – Innovation, Learning and Clusters. The chapter is titled  “International Virtual Industry Clusters and SMEs: Early content and process policy recommendations.” SMEs are small- to medium-size enterprises. The article appears on pages 233-256 of the book edited by Knut Westeren and published by Edward Elgar Publishing.
