Staff note: Santy earn UNI’s Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award
The campus visit experience coordinator in UW-Green Bay’s Office of Admissions, Katelyn Santy, won the 2014 Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award presented by the University of Northern Iowa’s Graduate College. Santy’s thesis, “Where Loyalties Lie: A Study of Workplace Dissent Through the Lens of Loyalty,” received the first-place award, which includes a monetary prize and a plaque. The theses were judged on clarity, scholarship, methodology, significance, and contribution to the field of study. Santy, who was also a graduate teaching and program assistant at UNI, completed her master’s degree in 2013. She received her bachelor’s from UW-Green Bay in 2011 with a Communication major and a minor in Spanish. Read more.
