Holiday Luncheon on Dec. 4

With the holidays fast approaching, mark your calendar to attend the Holiday Luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 4, in the Union’s Phoenix Room. You can reserve a table with your co-workers, friends and students. The meal will include seasonal mixed green salad prepared with grilled apples, dried cranberried, roasted butternut squash candied walnuts coated with a maple vinaigrette dressing, carved turkey with gravy, apple and pecan stuffing, green bean casserole, garlic mashed red potatoes, dinner rolls, cranberry jelly, pumpkin bars, and coffee for only $13 for faculty/staff, $14 for community members and $8 for students.
