Congratulations in advance to Fall Classified Conference
UW-Green Bay’s Fall 2010 Classified Staff Conference takes place today (Friday, Oct. 1) in the University Union, and it’s already a success. The 100 or so registrants include off-campus visitors from NWTC, Whitewater, Stevens Point, Superior, UW-Rock County, Baraboo and others, Prof. Adolfo Garcia of Communications is the morning keynote speaker, on “Improving Workplace Communication Through Conflict Management.” Other speakers at the professional development event include Chancellor Thomas Harden and breakout presenter Danielle Bina (“The Many Faces of Facebook”). Kudos to organizers Gary Huebner, Amy Ibuaka, Liz Hessler, Micky Doyle, and Monika Pynaker of the Classified Staff.
