Nusbaum keynotes Women’s Leadership event

You are cordially invited to attend the Opening Reception for the 2008 University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Women’s Leadership Series on Wednesday (Sept. 24) from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the University Union’s Phoenix Room.  Nancy Nusbaum, former Brown County executive and mayor of De Pere will be the keynote speaker at 6 p.m. “Come early and network with others from our campus and community while enjoying a wonderful complimentary hors d’oeuvre bar.”
Event organizer Sheila Carter informs us that a chance in schedule will prevent Lt. Gov. Barbara Lawton from taking part as previously planned. Carter says members of the campus community — students, faculty and staff — are encouraged to RSVP for the reception, but walk-ins are welcome, as well.
