Webinar with US Poet Laureate Ada Limón

UWGB’s international English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta, invites students with an interest in literature and writing to a live webinar featuring US Poet Laureate Ada Limón. Ada will discuss her latest anthology, ‘The Hurting Kind’ (2022), her role as the 24th US Poet Laureate, and her belief that ‘poetry is elemental, necessary, & deeply human.’ A Q&A session will follow. The webinar is free and will take place on Tuesday, September 26 at 6 p.m. in the Alumni Room in the University Union.
