Duo brings songs from France, Quebec to campus

Songs from France and Quebec will be performed when the Le Cercle Francais student organization hosts the musical duo Les Frères Soucie for an evening of French-influenced music and culture at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. The duo performs at 7 p.m. Tuesday (April 28) in the Christie Theatre on the lower level of the University Union, located on the campus at 2420 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay. Admission is $2 for UW-Green Bay students and $5 for members of the general public.

Brothers Kevin and Laurent Soucie are Wisconsin-based performers. Kevin is a chansonnier known for “cosmopolitan folk” while Laurent is drawn toward American rock and blues, with their music meeting in the middle.
