National, state, regional experts to discuss surviving the recession

More details to come on this one, so for now: The UW-Green Bay Office of Outreach and Extension, the Brown County UW-Extension office and the UW-Green Bay Small Business Development Center have partnered to develop a breakfast symposium, “Our Changing Economy: Strategies for Moving Forward in an Uncertain Economic Environment.” The event is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, at the KI Convention Center in downtown Green Bay, 333 Main St.

Speakers include:
— UW-Green Bay Interim Chancellor David Ward, president of NorthStar Economics, Inc;
Wade Rousse, an economic outreach specialist for the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago; and
John Koskinen, the chief economist and division administrator for the Division of Research and Policy for the state of Wisconsin.
