More than 30 high school students from six high schools attended the 2010 Watershed Symposium at UW-Green Bay, Wednesday (March 17). It was a chance to interact with teachers and professional scientists and learn about research and watershed management in the Fox River Basin. The high school students and their teachers came from Luxemburg-Casco, Oshkosh North, Appleton East, Green Bay Southwest, Green Bay Preble and West De Pere. There were also representatives from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Fox River Cleanup Group.
