Congratulations on first-rate Faculty Development Conference

Congratulations are indeed in order for the organizers of UW-Green Bay’s 15th Annual Faculty Development Conference, held Jan. 20. Attendance was up 50 percent, with 167 attendees from 21 educational institutions, and faculty coming in from as far away as Superior, Platteville and Parkside to attend and present. “The evaluations were excellent and attendees told us they can’t wait to return.”

Mark your calendar for next year’s conference, on Jan. 20, 2012. The theme will be “The Balancing Act: Being a Productive Scholar and Dedicated Teacher.” The keynote speaker will be Kerry Ann Rockquemore, Ph.D., the executive director of the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity.
