Former Packers prez taking LIR classes here

Did you know that former Green Bay Packers President John Jones and his wife Cindy are taking Learning in Retirement courses here at UW-Green Bay? They most recently took a course on the history of the Black Hawk War, and soon will take one about the movie industry, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports in an interview with Jones. Jones left the Packers in 2007 for health reasons just days before he was to succeed Bob Harlan as the team’s chairman and chief executive officer. Read Press-Gazette interview.
