Goldman selected as new user support manager
Congratulations are in order for Josh Goldman, whose appointment as CIT’s user-support manager was announced this week by Associate Provost Kathy Pletcher. Goldman joined the UW-Green Bay staff in 2004 and has served as the campus Macintosh administrator, the IT service center manager for Residence Life and most recently as interim manager of user support. Pletcher says Goldman is known across campus as being “a technology wizard” who provides excellent customer service, adding, “I am delighted to welcome him as a permanent member of the IS Division leadership team.” Goldman has a bachelor’s in computer information systems from UW-Oshkosh and an MBA with a specialization in project management from Lakeland College, and he has participated in the UW System IT leadership program. He began his career as a help-desk technician and network-support professional with UW-Oshkosh.
