‘Handel’s Messiah’ to be performed at Weidner Center, Dec. 1

It’s the perfect time of year to enjoy the majesty of George Frideric Handel’s masterpiece, “Messiah.” The quintessential holiday event will be taking place on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Weidner Center. Join UW-Green Bay’s Concert Choir, University Singers, Green Bay Choral Artists and Sturgeon Bay High School Choirs; soloists Associate Prof. Courtney Sherman (Music), soprano, Linda Feldmann, mezzo-soprano, Associate Lecturer Tomás Dominguez (Music), tenor, and Jonathan Kim, bass; and the Festival Orchestra for what is sure to be an emotional and uplifting event for the whole family.
