Healthy Cooking Demo on ‘World of Foods’

As part of International Education Week, the Nutritional Sciences program is offering another of its popular Healthy Cooking Demo programs. Titled “The World of Foods,” the cooking demonstration and taste testing takes place from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. this Thursday (Nov. 13) in Lab Sciences 421. Nutritional scientist Prof. Deb Pearson, of Human Biology, says “we will be making and sampling a number of delicious, international recipes.” Space is limited.
