2012-13 international fellow (grad student Huseyinli) to present

Fellowship-winning graduate student Vafa Huseyinli of Azerbaijan will talk about her home country and her experiences there and here as part of a presentation and reception next Tuesday (Oct. 23) at 3:30 p.m. in Wood Hall Room 216. Huseyinli is a student in UW-Green Bay’s Master’s of Management program, advised by Don McCartney of the Cofrin School of Business. She is also a 2012-13 recipient of an Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship through the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. State Department, which encourages emerging leaders from Eastern Europe and Central Asia to pursue graduate studies and hands-on training with universities and communities in the United States. The program will include a short presentation about the Muskie Fellowship program by Brent Blahnik, International Education. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
