Reminder: Professional Development Funds available for Academic Staff


The Academic Staff Professional Development Allocations Committee announces that it has funds available to assist academic staff in attending professional development meetings and programs. The committee reminds employees that the travel ban has been lifted. Funding is available for up to 50 percent of the total cost, not to exceed $500. Total funding provided is subject to availability and may be less than requested. Note that funds will not be awarded “after the fact.” A department/office cannot be reimbursed (through a chargeback) for expenses related to an activity that has already occurred.
