This week:  #PhoenixFriday Tailgate on the Plaza

Where did the week go? Block out your calendar right now, and join #PhoenixFriday organizers for a noon tailgate lunch on the Student Services Plaza on Friday (Sept. 5). There will be brats and burgers for under $3, along with chips, cookies and bottled water for purchase. It’s expected to be a beautiful late summer day. The event also will serve as a venue for announcing the winner of the UW-Green Bay Alumni Association Tuition Raffle. First place is $2,000 toward Fall 2014 tuition, and two additional winners will receive $1,000 each toward tuition. The Phoenix Bookstore will announcement of the winner of “Beats by Dr. Dre” headphone drawing, promptly at noon. Also, look for the Phoenix Bookstore’s 25% off T–shirt special. All brands, no restrictions. And of course, every Friday you receive a 10% discount at food service locations, just for wearing official Phoenix gear. Go Phoenix!
