Regents to honor outstanding UW System teachers

Last year, UW-Green Bay faculty members (the Education program, Prof. Regan A.R. Gurung of Human Development) dominated the awards ceremony when the UW System Board of Regents presented Wisconsin’s highest honors in higher education. This year, our sister campuses get to enjoy the spotlight. Receiving 2012 annual Regents Teaching Excellence Awards will be:

• Donald Hanlon, Professor of Architecture, UW-Milwaukee
• Jennifer Kosiak, Associate Professor of Mathematics Education, UW-La Crosse
• First-Year Interest Groups (FIGs) Program, UW-Madison
