A'viands unveils Cater-trax

A’viands at UW-Green Bay has launched a new online catering system called Catertrax. Staff members or departments requesting catering for on-campus events can do so at http://www.uwgb.catertrax.com.  Participants may view menus, submit orders or change previous orders through the online system. “It’s really a one-stop shop for the university’s catering needs,” says Pamela Koehler-Zastrow, marketing manager. “Requests can be submitted 24/7 alleviating the need to contact a live person to create an order.” A’viands will host an open house presentation of Catertrax Monday, Aug. 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the 1965 Room, University Union. Samples of new catering menu options will also be available during that time. Interested participants are asked to contact Pamela Koehler-Zastrow at koehlerp@uwgb.edu by Thursday, Aug. 20.
