Survey on grocery co-op

Crystal Osman, recent UW-Green Bay grad and a staff member with Downtown Green Bay Inc., is publicizing something called The Downtown Food Project. Her planning committee invites you to provide input on a potential downtown food cooperative, commercial kitchen and education complex.   This venture will look to combine three major components of food-related businesses:  a wholesale/retail food cooperative, a commercial kitchen and consumer education.  Subcomponents could include a bakery, deli and brokerage to link local growers to local food retail business.
