Brief internet outage early Wednesday

There will be a brief on-campus internet outage from 6 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. Wednesday (July 20) as internet service provider WiscNet will be relocating equipment and upgrading software on our router. During the outage, off-campus users will not be able to access campus file servers, e-mail, campus web servers or the Student Information System, nor will they be able to access their campus workstations via remote desktop. On-campus users will not be able to access sites or resources that are located beyond the campus via the internet. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the CIT Help Desk at 465-2309.
