Academic building power outage is August 15

The campus will have a power outage on August 15 from 4:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. due to replacement of electrical cabling. The outage will not affect Residence Life buildings. Paul Pinkston, director of Facilities Planning and Management, informs that the areas affected include cellphone equipment, air handlers, kilns (SA), coolers/freezers (Union, LS, WCPA, MAC), food service (Union), Kress pool equipment, data closets, fire alarm systems, some buildings’ exhaust systems, some controllers for security and energy management, all campus phones, all campus computers, elevators and all campus lighting. If you plan to run equipment during the outage, please inform Pinkston at 920-465-2373.
