Popik is new men’s soccer head coach

Congratulations and welcome to new men’s soccer head coach Daniel Popik, whose hire was announced Monday (June 18). Popik joins the Phoenix from Furman University (Greenville, S.C.), becoming the ninth head coach in the history of UW-Green Bay’s program. He brings seven years of coaching experience on various levels, in addition to six years of playing experience as a professional. Popik replaces Kris Kelderman, who resigned in May to coach at UW-Milwaukee.
