Last call: Professional Development funds available for academic staff

The Academic Staff Professional Development Allocations Committee has announced it has monies available to assist academic staff in attending professional development meetings and programs yet during the 2011-2012 year. Funding is available for up to 50 percent of the total cost, not to exceed $500. Total funding provided is subject to availability and may be less than requested. Note that funds will not be awarded “after the fact,” i.e. a department or office can’t be reimbursed for expenses related to an activity that has already occurred.
