Edminster takes top senior award
The UW-Green Bay art faculty has announced Kristi Edminster as this year’s Outstanding Senior Show recipient. Edminster created “highly conceptual yet exquisitely crafted mixed-media sculptures, predominantly made with metal.” Her wall works on exhibit are copper, brass, picture frame, thread and fabric pieces carrying the title “Imagines Feminam Anathome, 2012.” Her centerpiece installation of plastic, fabric and armature is “Cradle Will Fall, 2011.”
