Results from Boston Marathon

Difficult running conditions — record temperatures in the high 70s, with humidity and a lot of wind — made for an exceedingly difficult Boston Marathon today (Monday, April 16). Our correspondents tell us that recent UW-Green Bay grad and former Phoenix cross-country runner Jolene Sell did well to finish in 4:00:14. Prof. Patricia Terry of Natural and Applied Sciences, also slowed by conditions, did finish as well, in 4:52:51.
