Thursday night events still on schedule

A winter storm warning is in effect for the Green Bay area this evening (Thursday, Feb. 26). Students, faculty and staff participating in evening classes and activities are directed, as always when severe weather occurs, to use their own best judgment as to whether it is safe to travel. Previously scheduled events including opening night for the Theatre program production of “Expecting Isabel” at the Weidner Center, and the “That Takes Ovaries” presentation at the University Union, will proceed as planned. As for class cancellations, decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, with instructors responsible for notifying their students of a decision to reschedule, if any. Students should check their student email accounts or, lacking such access, call a classmate or the University Information Center, 465-2400.
