PEA students honored with program’s awards for exceptional achievement
Congratulations to students Chad Bianchi and Morgan Gantz, co-recipients of the Public and Environmental Affairs Outstanding Student Award for 2011-2012 academic year. The award recognizes PEA students who have excelled in their academic careers and who also desire to pursue a career of public service. This marks the fourth time the award and scholarship have been given.
Public and Environmental Affairs also announces two recipients of the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award for the 2011-2012 academic year: Joanna Koehler and Danny Mueller. The Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award is given to students who show commitment to excellence in assisting faculty members in the classroom and who plan to pursue a teaching or public career.
The four students will be formally recognized during the program’s Celebrating PEA Students gathering in May.
