Photo gallery: International Voice Competition

The beautiful Weidner Center for the Performing Arts was the setting Nov. 23 and 24 when world-class singers converged on UW-Green Bay for the preliminary round of the Czech/Slovak International Voice Competition. Five competitors advanced to the finals Nov. 28 in Montreal. See the news release for names. Vocalist Emily Brand, formerly of Green Bay (second from right, above), was one of the finalists posing above with community arts patron and co-sponsor Sharon Resch (third from right).
