Prof. Martin comments on I-95 shooting

On Monday, July 30, 2018 a motorist sustained injuries after being shot by a van driver on I-95 after what appeared to be a road rage incident. UW-Green Bay Prof. Ryan Martin (Psychology) explains that “the fact that it’s inherently dangerous means that people, whether they realize it or not, are kind of always on edge.” According to Martin, the same concept can be applied to other situations.
