TV 26: The spin on Mercury Marine news?

It looks like both sides — union and corporate — are using the media to express their points as Mercury Marine decides if it will consolidate facilities and move out of Fond du Lac, WGBA (NBC 26 in Green Bay) reports.

“It’s like playing a game of poker. You’ve got to combat what the other side is doing by putting out your own releases, kind of matching it one-for-one,” UW-Green Bay Communication Prof. Tim Meyer said. What will happen with the facility will likely play out in the public eye.
