Ward hits the lecture circuit

Former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush did a joint lecture recently, so maybe it’s not surprising that UW-Green Bay’s “retired” interim chancellor, David Ward, is out there talking, too. (Probably has more to say than they do.)
