‘Salaries frozen for thousands of state workers’

If you’re one of them, it’s no news to you, no doubt, but for the record, here’s Journal Sentinel coverage of this week’s vote by the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Employment Relations to rescind an expected 2% pay increase that was supposed to take effect in June.
