In the news: Visiting WASP Strohfus a Local 5 ‘Hometown Hero’

We’re a little late with the link, but as promised, here’s Local 5 News’ “Hometown Hero” segment on Betty Strohfus, the 94-year-old Women’s Airforce Service Pilot (WASP) veteran who brought her incredible story to campus and the community earlier this month. Strohfus participated in numerous events held in conjunction with UW-Green Bay Theatre and Dance’s Censored on Final Approach, which tells the story of the long-unrecognized WASPs. Great story.
