Ward, economists share views on recession
Interim Chancellor David Ward and two fellow economists, speaking earlier this week, said the recession isn’t over, but it could be on the road to an end. Ward spoke along with Wade Rouse, economic outreach specialist with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and John Koskinen, chief economist with the state Department of Revenue, at a forum about the economy Wednesday at the KI Convention Center. (Outreach and Extenstion, and the Small Business Development Center, were among the event’s organizers.)
