Buckle up, on campus, for ‘Click It or Ticket’


To prevent traffic deaths and injuries, UW-Green Bay Police along with law enforcement agencies across Wisconsin will be out in force to watch for unbuckled motorists during the annual Click It or Ticket mobilization from Monday, May 21, through Sunday, June 3.

“During Click It or Ticket and throughout the year, we’re not striving to write more tickets,” a campus police source says. “We simply are trying to end the senseless tragedies on our streets and highways. Ultimately, our goal is to reduce the number of preventable traffic deaths to zero in Wisconsin, and we need everyone to do their part by buckling up.”
