Men on video-stream tonight

A UW-Green Bay men’s basketball team that is getting better as the season wears on will carry a five-game winning streak into its Horizon League Tournament opener at 6 p.m. today (Tuesday, Feb. 28) at Youngstown State. The Phoenix absorbed a one-sided 77-47 loss to the  Penguins in January, but is looking to reverse that result and earn a spot in the Horizon quarterfinals.
