"Energy for the 21st Century" presentation tomorrow

The Natural and Applied Sciences unit and the Northeast Wisconsin Section of the American Chemical Society welcome Dr. E. Gerald Meyer to campus tomorrow (Tuesday, March 10) for a presentation on “Energy for the 21st Century.” A 6:30 p.m. reception is followed by the 7 p.m. presentation in Mary Ann Cofrin Hall, room 206. Meyer will discuss energy resources available for the long term. Meyer is a retired professor who now does consulting work for government agencies and industrial companies. A member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Meyer served on the national council for 27 years and was a founder of the ACS Western Region group. He is a physical chemist and holds more than a dozen United States and foreign patents.
