Businesses can buy student directories from some UW System campuses. Not UW-Green Bay. “We try to be as restrictive as the law allows us,” Registrar Mike Herrity said in an interview regarding student privacy rights. “Right now our policy is to not provide lists to outside agencies.” Directory information can include students’ names, campus and home addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, birthdays and more.
