Riopelle, Harden describe ‘relaunch’ of entrepreneurship center

Green Bay area business leader Jack Riopelle is focusing his entrepreneurial experience to get an Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation off the ground at UW-Green Bay. The IEI was formally launched in 2009 but experienced a “one step forward, two steps back” sort of existence.
